This was one hell of a project. The previous tenants had absolutely destroyed our client's property. While trying to keep the project cost low, it was incredibly hard considering what was required just to bring this up to par from the state it was left in.

That being said, we persevered and worked our magic to make this into something all parties were happy with. Safe to say it definitely looks better than before and is all ready and safe for a new tenant to move in.

Woodwork undercoated in Dulux Trade Undercoat - Brilliant White

These colours blended together so well, opening up this space perfectly and bringing in this company's features 🎨

All areas were dustless-sanded and prepped accordingly throughout.

Ceilings were completed in Tikkurila AR2 ceiling paint - White

Feature wall was completed in Tikkurila Optiva Matt [5] - Tinted into Driventic Petrol

Remaining walls completed in - Tikkurila Optiva Matt [5] - Tinted into Chic Shadow from the Dulux range.

Woodwork undercoated in Johnstone's Trade Aqua Guard Primer Undercoat - Tinted Noble Grey from the Dulux range

Our most recent spraying project, we completed this front door with Abode Academys Abodecoat 2K paint - tinted into Cannon Ball from the Dulux range 🤩

This door had previously been hand-painted many years ago, but had begun to fail, the paint had started flaking and cracking. As this is an aluminium door, the bare surface needed priming and then filling. Once all the necessary and mandatory preparation we normally carry out was completed, we were finally able to apply the spray coats to achieve this flawless finish🫧

Here is a very small example of just how effective having your UPVC areas sprayed can be.

Here we have a recent project carried out by the team here at Walding's Painting & Decorating.

The whole exterior of this commercial complex building was completed. All wooden cladding was painted with Sadolin Superdec Opaque in a satin finish, in black. All concrete, stair sections and metal areas were completed with Bradite One Can in an eggshell finish. - White

The hard battle with the weather we endured during this job, with extreme temperatures, our fantastic team managed to get this project over the line, providing a quality finish that our client was very happy with.
