Clear & Clean ☀️🏠

This roof came up so well after the clean that the customer decided to stick with the original colour — fair enough, it looked spot-on once the dirt was gone.

We sorted a few gutter-joint repairs and topped up the loft roll with lambswool insulation while we were there. If you check the drone shots, you can see the sunlight splitting right along the ridge — one side frosted over, the other side absolutely spotless. When that frost lifts, the Properla protection will be doing its thing.

There are a few new tiles tucked away at the back too if you’ve got a keen eye 👀

Anthracite Upgrade 🏠🔥

This roof already had a unique layout thanks to an older extension — big valley, mixed angles, loads of character. Hitting it with RENOTEC Anthracite Grey just made everything pop.

We sorted the water ingress around the chimney, checked the timbers and felt beneath, carried out the repairs, and refitted the cap properly. Solid now.

There’s also a “blink and you’ll miss it” hidden section with a skylight we restored too… see if you can spot it in the photos 👀

The finish speaks for itself — sharp, clean, and a massive lift to the whole place.

Checkerboard Charm ♟️🏠
This roof came up great — the natural checkerboard effect actually works really well with the nice shape of the roof. We took extra care around the conservatory, and the garage was restored to match for a clean, consistent finish 👌

Natural Finish 🏠
