Continuation of the Styrofoam Ceiling Saga
The styrofoam ceiling has been removed. Smoothing compound was applied, sanded down, then primer and two coats of reliable Johnstone’s FlatMat were rolled on the ceiling.

Check out the transformation of this elevation, which was held together on a wing and a prayer – its last refresh deadline expired a decade ago.🏚️

We scraped off the entire old surface, put wire brushes to work, then applied a biocide treatment, followed by a primer to bind the crumbly material, and finally two coats of Johnstone's Weathershield Brilliant White.🏠

The facade painting season has begun! But before we start, we need to deal with the old, peeling paint. It must be scraped off, sanded, and the surface properly primed. Otherwise, the new paint won't last long.

Another project finished! 💪
We tore down the Styrofoam decorative ceiling and removed the wallpaper from the walls. Everything was then primed. We applied smoothing compound on both the ceiling and the walls, sanded it down, and primed it once again and painted
Colors used: Good Home and Dulux. On the ceiling — the reliable johnstones Flatmat.
