We remove dinning room window and fit french door and brick up old back door. Knock throw into coal shed and brick up door and fit new windows and lintel above window. In one back bedroom change window as bathroom was remove. Onside side of property we cut into main drain and fitted new man holes and put new soil stack in to creat two new ensuite bathroom. above new door fitted new L lintel and stitch kit to repair wall above door and brick all heavy cracked

Another bathroom added to this property. They had landing space doing nothing so we build a new wall up creating second bathroom ready to turn one bedroom into master bedroom with ensuite. Old bathroom was updated to match new bathroom

Taken wall out to open kitchen into the dinning room remove old kitchen. Electrican sorted all wiring put more sockets around kitchen then we plastered boarded what needed following what building inspector asked us to do then fit new kitchen in

Both wall full with damp caused by very high ground level and steps on side house someone tried to hide by putting plywood on and wallpaper it. So we strip all back to brick and fitted damp proofing sealed all edges and joints and all plug holes. Plastered both walls and fit kitchen back in place and new skirting boards
