Welcome to my page 'Loved Ones' paintings in remembrance, an artistic service to honour those who have passed away.

As an artist, I have exhibited and sold work since 2005. My first ‘Ashes Art’ painting was created for an old friend to honour her beloved Dad. I finished the painting 'Butterflies and Blue Roses' in December 2020.

It was my privilege to create this forever art piece. I have now painted several ash paintings, which offers people an alternative option for remembering their loved ones.

The process is easy, we can communicate over email where we can discuss canvas size, colours and ideas for content. Only a small amount of the ashes are required and this can be posted to me in a sealed container.

Paintings usually take around 2 weeks to complete once all the details have been discussed and I have received the ashes. Prices depend on the size of canvas and how detailed the imagery needs to be. For example the painting pictured was approx 50x60cm and cost £280. I work with acrylic paint on canvas. The ash material is visible on the canvas giving it a granular texture.

How the painting will get back to you can be discussed, depending on your location it could be collected from me in Nottingham or posted to you.
