A few weeks ago we were called out to a rear extension roof that had been tiled with the wrong tiles for the pitch, causing ongoing issues. Our team carried out a full strip-off and complete reroof to make sure it was done properly and built to last.

✅ Fully stripped existing roof
✅ New battens fitted
✅ Breathable felt installed
✅ Fascia vents added for proper airflow
✅ Retiled using Crest G10 low pitch tiles – the correct solution for this roof
✅ New leadwork fitted
✅ Finished off with dry verge caps

Now the customer has a roof that not only looks great, but is watertight, ventilated, and fitted with the right materials for the job.
