Customer was really upset that they had a leaking toilet so close to Christmas. The toilet was also not screwed to the floor or wall!! I took the toilet out replaced pan connector and refixed the toilet and cistern.

This customer was having a nightmare with his flapper syhpon! The chain and lever to flush the toilet was constantly breaking and was fed up with just the chain being replaced.

I installed a brand new push button syhpon which will not only last much longer but can be replaced without removing the cistern from the toilet meaning a replacement will be a 5 minute job that even he can do himself!

Replacement mains 25mm stop c**k for old lime-scaled stop c**k leaking continuously from gland.

Emergency call out complete a couple nights ago, really old water softener leaking from the base causing damage to the customers kitchen units. We attended quickly and removed the leaking water softener and renewed the section of pipe as requested by the customer👍
