Sneeked one under the stairs in Middlestown.
Before and after pictures. Just shows some fitters have no pride in their work. They used a total of 2 clips preciously and left the condense pipework leaking into the cavity 🤣!

Forgot to post this job from the first day back after Christmas.
Another gravity cylinder removed and an unvented (mains pressure) cylinder installed. This time we used the old (ish) worcester boiler as it was only 4 years old.
This customer is now enjoying 60 degrees hot water at every tap within seconds due to the secondary hot water return installed, at mains presure as well.
This system would fill a bath in a few minutes.
Then have plenty left in the cylinder for a shower.
This is the best system for homes with multiple bathrooms and ensuits.
Not every house is suitable for a combi!!!

We have had the pleasure of getting involved in a property refurbishment in Wolley this week. (Sorry if I have missed your calls! Poor signal and the lack of not been able to feel my fingers🥶 has not helped.)
Anyways we removed an old floor standing boiler. The cylinder was removed from the loft.
In its placed we fitted a ideal vogue max system 32 (12 year warranty) low loss header due to the multiple zones to be added to this in the future. A unvented cylinder with 250 litres of 60c water. With the bonus of a secondary return. This gives more or less instant hot water at any tap in the house.
Looking forward to getting involved in the rest of the refurbishment and good luck moving in on Sunday guys! 👍

Servicing takes 45 - 60 mins. All brands of boilers serviced to manafactures instructions. Visual check of any other gas appliances fitted in the property. Finished off with a gas test of the property
Gas Safe certificate issued.

Boilers should be serviced every 12 months.

A recent boiler change - Previous pipework was not to my standard! 😬 I cut back the pipework installed some much needed pipe clips and refitted to a better standard.
Ideal logic max2 combi, Ideal halo smart controls and magnetic heating filter fitted.
#10 year warranty
