Water damage to a beutiful axminster that colour matches and pattern matches into a different design in the lounge, damaged by water. The carpet had been pulled back to allow the subfloor to dry and left like that for 9 months. The carpet was creased and fraying around the edges.
We replaced the underlay and the water damaged gripper re-streched re-fitted and cleaned. The carpet looks as good as new. A much cheaper outcome for the insurance company and a delighted client.

Our client was shocked at the state his tennants left the property in. Their cat had clearly been urinating on the carpet for years. We were called in to see of there was a cheap solution (no rent had been paid for months!) Unfortunatly on lifting the floorboards underneath were soaking wet. We sterilised the entire area, to eradicate the smell, installed a dehumidifyer to dry out. We then returned once dry and installed new carpets to the stairs landing and bedroom. Another happy client.
