Wet pour rubber surfaces are bright, safe, impact-absorbing, wheelchair friendly and fully permeable surfacing solutions. This smooth rubber surface is commonly used in and around playgrounds, play areas, parks and other recreational areas to create a protective flooring solution with high critical fall height ratings.

These stunning two-layered rubber surface systems are created by using an SBR sub-base and a coloured EPDM vibrant top surface. The SBR and rubber crumb are separately mixed in a forced action mixer with a specially formulated resin binder. The resulting rubber bound material is then spread over the project area and levelled with a trowel.

Rubber bark is a safe, slip resistant, wheelchair friendly, vibrant and fully permeable surfacing solution commonly used in and around playgrounds, play areas, parks and other recreational areas to create a protective flooring with a great critical fall height rating.

Crafted from entirely recycled tyres and covered using a bright durable PU coating to create vibrant bark like pieces of rubber.

Ready for use as a safety surfacing solution.

This rubber flooring is created by mixing together rubber bark and a specially formulated, unpigmented resin binder in a forced action mixer before being laid and levelled out in the required area. This method provides you with a strong, durable, soft, freeze and compact resistant surface with a good critical fall height (dependent on install depth). Mulch is also a more affordable option compared to wet pour rubber and is more durable with less shrinkage and maintenance required than loosely filled mulch.

The Ultimate Guide to TurfMesh Grass Reinforcement Mesh

TurfMesh Reinforcement Mesh is a light-duty grass protector, which is used on green surfaces employed for occasional vehicles and pedestrian use.

Rubber Grass Mats & X-Grid Used At County Golf Club

X-Grid is suitable for a range of golf course applications
There are a number of golf course applications that X-Grid could be – and indeed has been – used for.

With up to 428 tonnes per square metre it is the ultimate in ground reinforcement grid.

The applications include everything from cart paths to pedestrian walkways. This blog post explains.

In this case study, the Course Manager and greenkeeping team were working to improve the durability of the walk on/off areas of bridges around the course. These heavily trafficked areas were beginning to show signs of wear during wetter months which caused muddy/boggy areas, compromising the aesthetics and structural integrity of the space.

The project aimed to find a solution that would protect the areas all year round whilst still allowing the grass below to grow to keep the beautiful natural aesthetics of the course.

After much research, the team decided to use Rubber Grass Mats from Resin Surfaces 4U Products as the surfacing solution for their project.
