3 weeks on from recent TDR (Top Dress and Reseed) customer listened to advice and results show! Slow process of germination, takes 21 days with watering every day for at least 20 mins. Customer happy and so am I!

Recent scarification, reseed in areas. Top dressing and reseed where flagstones in lawn used to be. Slow process of germination. Requires 3 weeks/ 21 days of watering in. Temperatures need to be over 10degrees C for that period.

Scarification followed by an application of post scarification which helps recover the lawn. Once warmer weather comes in, this lawn will have shaded lawn seed sowed. But for now, allow 4-6 weeks to recover from scarification. If you think your lawn needs scarified or aerated let me know.
