Another job recently completed for a customer in Dunfermline.

They had a wooden conservatory that had a lot of rot around the bottom. Worst case scenario we were there to dismantle the whole lot and make it safe.

Upon inspection we discovered it wasn’t as bad as the client first thought and we where able to save the conservatory and give it a new lease of life.

Removed rotten plywood on each corner ✅

Replaced with new marine ply primed with paint both sides✅

Removed one side of conservatory as all frames were badly damaged with rot✅

Installed and insulated a timber frame kit✅

Plasterboard was fitted internally to be plastered and painted by the client✅

Lead work to prevent water Ingres✅

Cladded outside of kit to tie in with front of house✅

Replaced guttering ✅

One very happy customer with a wind and water tight conservatory again ✅

You don’t always have to replace things. They may just need some TLC to bring them back up to standard. 👌👌

This week we have been working on a beautiful decking project for WJS Builders Ltd.

The client was looking for a rustic look for their decking and here is what we came up with.

Scottish larch decking ✅
Scottish larch waney edged cladding ✅
150x150 Scottish larch posts and handrail✅
50x50 spindles ✅

Removed existing decking border and slate’s. ✅

Scottish larch sleeper retaining wall. ✅

Anti-slip grip’s on sleeper’s in path. ✅

Burn railway sleeper’s for a stunning affect. ✅

Blooma spar white decorative stone’s to fill path. ✅

Seen on Dunbar online a man named Andy had been let down for some help putting his Christmas lights up on his facia’s. I had some spare time today and was more than happy to help Andy get them put up with my 8m ladders. 😁
