Another allotment update - it has been a while and not as much progress as I’d have liked 🤦🏻‍♀️ Rome wasn’t built in a day though so just need to keep going little and often! I’m based in Perth and go the seed potatoes in the ground today. Thanks to for my seed potatoes and raspberry canes! 😘 Bring on the summer growing season!

It was a brilliant weekend at the . I’m so chuffed with my cup and rosette! Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers and to especially for organising it all. And a thank you to all my fellow social stars - well done to you all for your great growing and your prizes ~ I’m away for a gin and a nap!! 🤣

Managed to get 7 entries into the today so now it’s up to the judges! We’ll see what tomorrow brings. Either way it has been fun to see a new side of horticulture and I have learnt a lot. And now of course I want to add to my daffodil collection!! 😁

The is this weekend so here’s a little update on my show daffodils. It feels like it has come round so quick. Hopefully I’ll have something good enough to enter when we start the staging on Friday! 🤞

Got some potting on done this morning and this freed up some trays so more seeds went straight in. The beautiful sunshine this morning definitely helped me feel more productive! The mini printer hopefully means longer lasting labels too!
