Shower room completed!

Shower room Walls (600×300) laid as a stack bond.

Light grey outside shower area, and dary grey in the shower area. The Niche worked lovely with the planning.

Finished off with Bal - Gunmetal & Smoke coloured grout.

50m² STAFF - Kitchen, Utility, W.c, Laundry & Boot room Floor tiled in Newbury.

All area primed & Ditra Matted.

Porcelain tiles (398mm×398mm) all worked out to meet existing limestone floor and (400mm×400mm) covers which worked perfectly with tile size.

Finished off with Classic Vanilla grout.

Floor tiled!

Tea room, utility, w.c and cupboard floor prepped with Shlüter Ditra matt & tiled. Also a nice 150mm upstand capped with 10mm chrome square edge trim.
Work completed for Lanzante's 2nd workshop, using - Terrazzo styled Porcelain floor tiles (600×600) Finished off with Ardex FS - Cast Iron grout.

Phase 2 - Operation Herringbone
Following on from Entrance Hall done in the summer.

Floor primed and Ditra Matted, and tiles laid on a 45° angle with wood effect Porcelain (70mm×600mm)

And finished off with Ardex FL-Black Grout

Walls tiled with Ceramic (300×80) in ⅓ bond effect.
Window sill packed up with jackoboard for tiles to be flush with Granite upstand.

And finished off with Bal Micromax 3 - White grout.

⬛️🟥⬛️🟥 ✔️

The original century old tiles finally failed underneath.

So the sub base was rectified by Luke Payne to make good for the new,
Victorian Black & Red checker board style step (100mm×100mm)
And 2 coats of Lithofin stain stop sealer.

Finished off with BAL micromax3 - Anthracite grout.
