Another good end to the week, with another job well done! We were contacted due to amount of rot on the house where the landscapers had put decking right upto the timber structure.

We cut out all of the wood rot, installed new battoning, marine ply and new led flashings around the property to ensure it doesn't happen again.

A nice small job was completed this week in Newton Ferrers, we started by removing the old tiles off the walls, adding moisture resistant Mdf cladding, custom made shelving, boiler cover and seat storage box, all ready for painting.

An update on our Efford, Plymouth Garage conversion. The stud walling, insulation, and plasterboard are finished internally, with the knock through complete from house-garage.

Externally the front roof extension is complete, and the rear roof extension is completed with new fibre cement board replacing the old fashioned tile hanging.

All ready for the window/doors and plastering.

We have recently started a garage conversion in Efford,Plymouth, and here is our progress so far.

Removal of the old patio door, lean too on the back, footings dug out, Damp proof membrane, mesh, Insulation and concrete Laid, with new block work and roof on the front.

More pictures will follow as this project develops.

Here are some before, during, and after photos of Woolwell House, Plymouth.

We was tasked with removing the old un-level and rotten floor, install new joists, repair the stone masonry, install new lintels, beef up the slate roof rafters and put down new caber flooring. All ready for the plasterers.

Hand scribed and cut with precision! We removed the old worn-out wooden decking and replaced it with a nice teak composite deck that will last forever! And just to finish it off, a nice big sturdy pergola hand made on site.
