Another kitchen renovation completed ✅

What a difference - blocked up the hallway door and made use of the new space fitting tower units, this allowed the option of not having to use wall units for storage giving a much more spacious feel to the room.

The breakfast bar idea was kept but made much larger to allow for storage both sides and an induction hob to be fitted creating much more usable preparation surface around the kitchen.

Plenty of upgraded lighting for both practicality and ambience has really lit up this kitchen for every occasion…………Now on to the dining room, living room & hallway.

Nice little picket fence built recently.

All existing posts (what was left of them) removed, all new 4x4 posts fitted, 3x2 arris rails and 900mm x 70mm pales used.

The gate was hand built to suite the lay of the land as well as blend in with the new fence ✅

Very happy with the way this project went from start to finish for a lovely couple who are also returning customers, it was an absolute pleasure to work for them again and I hope their new kitchen brings many years of cookery happiness. 😁

Its not always full bathroom refits, we also take on individual items that are causing issues in order to keep costs down - The shower in this top floor rental flat has been leaking for quite some time and eventually brought down the ceiling in the flat below.
not only did we take on the work of stripping out the entire shower cubicle and mixer etc. and replace it with new.
We also took on the remedial work in the property below, keeping the entire job simple for the landlord.

One of the biggest problems I have found working in rentals for many years is that so many tenants rarely notify letting agencies and landlords of issues until its too late.

Communication is definitely key.

Unfortunately in this case, the tenants appeared unaware of the leaking shower issue as it was out of sight and the flat below was unoccupied for something like 10 months +

It's been a while since I last updated this page, so it's definitely time to spam everyone's news feed with what we have been getting up to over the last few months or so. 😁

This amazing looking bathroom certainly ticked all the boxes by the time we had finished.
The brief was to keep it as close a match as possible to the original layout whilst modernizing it.........I believe we met that brief! ✅

It was an absolute pleasure working on this one for another fantastic customer. 👍

Another full bathroom refurb completed.

You will often see me mention on here how lucky we are to have such amazing customers and this couple are no exception, we have been fortunate enough to have been able to take on many of their larger projects in their home over recent years and have always been made to feel extremely welcome whilst working there.

This contemporary bathroom fitted with an open ended walk in shower enclosure, wall mounted hand basin, toilet with concealed cistern and black accessories finished with full decorating and bathroom laminate/vinyl click together flooring really does look the part ✅

Just waiting on the electrician to pop back and finish the last few bits and bobs.

It’s been a real pleasure as always and we are already looking forward to getting started on the next project on the list. 😊
