A Huge transformation for this tiny 2 bedroom house 🏠

With the client being let down and time stacked against her, we were able to step in and help get this stunning double wrap around extension built and finished to plaster and ready for her family to come over from Canada 🇨🇦 for them to finish all the interiors for her.
To begin with we were hit very hard by the weather and relentless rain ! We had fallen behind by 2 weeks because of it!!!! If we had any chance of meeting our deadline ready for the family to come over , We had to make the extreme decision to erect a full up/over scaffold and fully wrap it with the weather shield membrane to protect us from the elements. In great Elite Construction fashion the extreme decision we made turned out to be the best decision with us finishing a week ahead of schedule and all ready to be handed over for finishing. Couldn’t be prouder of the team and their efforts as always

One of our Recently completed sunroom and landscaping projects to this new build property. Great to have delivered such a lovely space for 2 very special people who looked after us through the hole build, from feeding us everyday, drying our clothes at break time after working in horrid rain and always plenty of life advice to help us on our way in the future

Extremely happy with our latest landscaping project. The contrasting Welsh oak plank against the galaxy sand 1200mm x 600mm porcelain tiles just looks insane! Very minimal, sharp lines and super modern with a few added touches like the floating bench, split level area and artificial grass just giving it that subtleness

Less is more!!!!

Simply stunning

After taking on the challenge of very soft ground we over come it by installing a 6inch structural concrete slab to both slabbed areas to minimise cracking to the beautiful porcelain 900mm x 600mm Jupiter grey tiles.

We are delighted by the outcome as is the client
