So guys, we wanted to share a video of a project we’ve recently been asked to jump onto after the homeowners were unfortunately left in a terrible position by a group of so-called “contractors.”

We don’t usually like taking over jobs after another company has been involved. More often than not, you’re starting on the back foot, dealing with hidden problems, poor workmanship, and understandably frustrated clients.

However, lately we seem to be getting more and more calls from people who have been let down, and when we can help, we will always do our best to get the project back on track and over the finish line properly.

Take a look at this driveway project in the Blackwood area. In all honesty, it’s probably one of the worst examples of workmanship we’ve come across in quite some time.

From poor preparation to substandard installation, the list goes on. The sad reality is that the client has paid good money, trusted the people they hired, and has been left with a huge mess to sort out.

At Tarian Property Maintenance, we firmly believe that quality groundwork starts beneath the surface. The parts you can’t see are often the most important. Cutting corners might save money today, but it almost always costs far more tomorrow.
