Completed today for a returning customer 👌🏻

Very large bathroom prepped and freshly plastered.
Two coats of plaster all over then finished off with a smooth flat finish ready for the customer to paint before the bathroom suite is fitted

Media wall prepped and freshly plastered.

Old fireplace plastered and blended in.

Fitted new 5inch coving to finish off the room.

I had plastered the ceiling and other ceilings at this property a couple of weeks ago ago but now it’s all ready for decorating 👌🏻

Customer asked for something done and I delivered 👌🏻

Customers had just bought their fist home together and wanted to change something and put their own little stamp on the place.

There was no hallway or porch so basically you walked straight into the living room from the front door.

I went in and done exactly what they asked and that was to build a porch to the bottom of the stairs, fit double doors and finished off with new architraves and skirtings.

Also hung a new toilet door and build a boxing in around a soil pipe.

Thank you for Ultimate Electrical Services Ltd for doing the electrics at such short notice for me after the customer had been let down by his electrician

Second filling out scratch coat applied
Final sand and cement coat applied and fine down to a flat surface 👌🏻

Few days drying before the walls can be painted 🎨

🟢RSJ, pillar and blocked up window all boxed in and boarded
🟢one door way blocked up
🟢all living room ceilings, beam and walls where needed plastered and blended in
🟢stripped all walls that had wall paper on them
🟢all artex ceilings plastered in bedrooms, landing and passage
🟢 all walls that had paper on blue/green gritted and then finished off with fresh plaster to a nice smooth flat surface ready for decorating
🟢outside walls rendered and dashed after windows blocked led up
