Tough one to do but cracking end results, all walls prepped with a special filler then lime washed, gutters cleaned inside and painted along with facia and soffit.

All rot and broken down putty’s on doors and windows repaired and painted.

Another joint job with Jason Fiddy with this Unbelievable turn around on this lovely house in East Lavant for Goodwood Estate on our first big job of the year. Complete refurb inside and out all carpentry and building work completed by PEZ&Co.

Thanks to DMB Scaffolding Limited for sorting the scaffold 👏

As you can see from before and after photos, the windows were in a terrible state, all rot was cut out then treated and replaced with hardwood and resin repaircare, all broken glass was reglazed and all defected putty’s were reputtied by Jason fiddy
