We completed this garage conversion and timber conservatory restoration back in January.

The space that we created by connecting the garage to the house and removing the walls was incredible. It is now such a bright warm space thanks to lots of insulation, thermally efficient glass installed to the conservatory and our usual attention to small details both technical and aesthetically.

We completed this project in the summer just gone. It was a great job to be on with some really lovely clients who wanted the best and were completely open to our ‘creative solutions’.

We’ve been very busy recently and have neglected to post many of our projects on here but over the coming weeks plan to share with you lots of our completed jobs.

Here is the first one….

It is a complete garden transformation that involved working to make an under utilised inclined landscape more accessible and practical. Our client wanted various areas for entertaining, hosting BBQs, sunbathing, relaxing and chilling in the hot tub. We provided this and the ability for entertainment to run into the night with bespoke LED lighting set into the patios that are practical and provide great ambiance. We were really pleased with the results.

Another week, another bathroom complete on Fairfield Park!

This time we were challenged with laying this herringbone pattern with these fantastic looking grey high gloss tiles. With two bottle alcoves in the shower space we think you’ll agree that it turned out perfect and really adds a lot of feature to this en-suite.

We also installed a wall hung basin, wall hung toilet, large ceiling mounted shower head with digital controls and hand held shower.

It was a real pleasure working on this one for more great clients.

Now, two more en-suites on Fairfield Park for Andy and PC while Paul and the rest of the team get started on changing a Letchworh bungalow into a house….watch this space for updates 👍

We had the pleasure of working for two lovely people in Clifton who gave us the opportunity to create their dream kitchen and utility room. We crafted a very large rear single storey extension that we externally blended into the existing property by matching features of the original house and we complimented the outside space with a heritage style patio.

This inside space ended up becoming a very bright and airy place both during the day and night thanks to the large bifold doors and roof lights as well as some well thought out internal lighting. We installed a full wet underfloor heating system to create a real luxury feel underfoot. The bespoke hand painted kitchen units were supplied by The Wood Works, England and the whole space became the most amazing place to cook, eat and relax with plenty of space for entertaining friends and family.

What a fantastic looking result with our usual attention to detail providing a very professional polished finish.

We recently returned to one of our loyal clients and completed this luxury bathroom installation on Fairfield Park. We had to strip this bathroom back to mostly bare walls and installed many luxurious items including under floor heating, wall hung toilet, digital shower, wall mounted taps and some really lovely alcoves for bottles and candles. The client was thrilled with the result and so were we 👍

We recently completed this single storey open plan kitchen extension in Hitchin. This job was very technically challenging from a drainage and structural point of view but with a few creative solutions along the way the end result and open floor space turned out amazing and the client is left with this great family space 🙂
