Does it get much better than this 🤩🤩🤩

We have loved working alongside our lovely customers, Rosie & Mark, to help bring their vision to life.

A huge amount of time and planning was needed to ensure that the design and materials were perfect for this showstopper of a house. And it’s safe to say, Richard and Dylan absolutely smashed this one out of the park!

For this project, we:
- Removed the existing paving and turf
- Cleared and tidied all shrubs/planting areas
- Laid a brickwork retaining wall to fix levels between the grass area & patio
- Installed a baton screen between the neighbours garden for privacy
- Installed over 80m2 of Antique Egyptian Beige Limstone paving
- Installed 140m2 of turf
- Installed curved metal edging between the planting areas/turf
- By the summerhouse, installed oak sleeper retaining walls, then filled with Cotswold stones. Then lastly, a small paving area, perfect for seating

Sittingbourne project complete, and couldn’t be more pleased with the result 🤗🌟

We removed the customers existing: paving, turf and decking. Then upgraded with:
- Mercury Grey Porcelain paving with charcoal plank edging
- Sleeper edges to lawn and flower beds
- New Turf
- Diamond grey composite decking with Onyx borders & steps

Artificial grass and Oak sleeper planters installed this week in Rochester 🌟

Busy week here at TPA! The weather hasn’t quite been on our side ☔️ but the lads have been working hard!

1️⃣ In sittingbourne we have started the subframe for a new composite decking. Followed by a porcelain patio.
2️⃣ In Walderslade we have laid a Kandla Grey porcelain patio with charcoal block edging. Ready for artificial grass to be laid.
3️⃣ In Rochester we are removing the customers existing artificial grass and sleeper retaining walls. Then: laying new artificial grass and sleepers. Along with baton trellis on all fencing & a new roof for the pergola.
4️⃣ Today we have started a new project in Hartlip. We are installing sleeper planters along the fence line, finishing with Porcelain paving for the main patio area.
