An early Saturday morning putting the finishing touches on an exciting new extension project.

A vernacular storey and half existing dwelling with a contemporary and contrasting rear extension picking up on the site views. A complete transformation of internal arrangement and external aesthetic.

Not all exciting projects are new builds. Very often more challenging in terms of layout, constraints and budget. This one is definitely shaping up to be a great project.

When are your clients, you know no two jobs are ever the same. One site visit and two very different projects. Thankful to be involved in some varying projects with clients who really know how to push the boundaries.

Our Bushmills project is starting to take shape. The client’s and builders on this one are doing a brilliant job of bringing this one out of the ground and sticking to the brief. The photographs on this post show the difference (or lack off; which is great) between the visual renders presented to the clients at design stage versus the actual physical structure on site.

Looking forward to seeing this one completed. Here’s to many more cracking projects.

We are almost complete at the .by.the.burn project. A few photos taken by the clients at the weekend (when the sun finally came out !) showing brilliant progress and a glimpse of how stunning this home will look when complete.

We completed this project last year for in Ballymena. A complete internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of the internal spaces over three floors and the most amazing new shop front.

A great project and exceptional well finished by the clients and their chosen builder. Well done to all involved.

What about that shop front though, isn’t it just awesome and so stylish 👌

Snowy scenes at the ‘Gillistown House’ this morning. Definitely a day for lighting the stove and drinking coffee.

However, we have battled through the snow and the office is now up and running. We continue to drink coffee though 😉.
