Lawn replacement in Hockley.

The old lawn was removed and sub base soil removed to a depth of 4 inches as per the customers request.

We then brought the area back up to the agreed height with a 50/50 soil & compost mixture, area compacted down in layers, then finally laid 45m² of freshly cut premium turf.

💥 Full garden transformation 💥

When we came to price the job the customer had drawn a plan of what she wanted, and she felt confident in us to bring that plan alive. And what a transformation it is.

55m² of Himalayan beige installed and grouted with the customers choice of colour.

3 posts and a sun shade sail installed.

32m² of premium hard wearing turf installed.

A child friendly barked area installed ready for the new trampoline.
(Lawn & bark area separated using a core edge that is left flush with the lawn, stopping any grass penetrating the barked area)

Installation of a raised sleeper bed, filled with compost & top soil ready for the customer to plant with some wonderful new plants.

19 feather edge panels and 19 smooth faced gravel boards installed into the existing posts.
We also installed a new solid made to measure gate.
(The old fence was very rotten and didn't have any gravel boards)

35 ton of old crazy paving, concrete bases and concrete edging was removed.

5 truck loads of overgrown trees, bushes & weeds were removed including the thickest brambles we have ever seen.

The customer also has a decorative stone going around the border after the whole house has been repointed.

90m² completed in shoeburyness.

The whole was area rotavated over, re-levelled , rolled down, 2 ton of compost & soil brought in to get the final level and then 90m² of freshly cut premium turf laid.

250m² lawn replacement in Hornchurch.

We arrived at job and removed the existing lawn using a turf cutter, once fully removed we then rotovated over the area and re-levelled, rolled the area over, brought in 7 ton of topsoil/compost mixture then finally layed 250m² of freshly cut premium turf.

We also replaced 4 damaged Hunter PGJ sprinkler heads. Whilst giving a free check over the existing irrigation system. It was found that the solenoids had a lot of wear, were starting to leak and not shut off correctly. All this was explained to the customer who was happy to replace these parts himself.

200m² completed in Highgate.

We arrived and rotovated over the lawn area, levelled it up with 15 tons of sandy loam, and compacted the area using a roller.

We then had a discussion with the client, garden design team and site manager to make sure it was meeting everyone's specifications, Everyone was happy.

We then laid 200m² of freshly cut premium turf.

🔥980m² freshly laid lawn.🔥

The over grown area was all scraped off with a digger, re-levelled 240 ton of topsoil was brought in to bring the lawn to customers desired height and then chamfered down to meet the natural ground level, and then finally freshly cut turf was laid out very 2 days. (490 a day delivered fresh each morning.

120m² lawn replacement & resin bound mowing strip

When we arrived the existing lawn area was removed with a digger and a trench dug out for the installation on flat top edging kerbs.

Then we rotavated the whole area over, re leveled and rolled down.

Installed the flat top edging the gravel resin.

Finally we brought in 5 tons of topsoil and laid 120m² freshly cut premium turf.

We arrived and removed the old lawn using a turf cutter, then we rotovated the area over, raked it over & rolled the sub base down, brought in 5 ton of topsoil and finally laid 165m² of freshly cut premium turf.

🔥 NEW PATIO AND LAWN 🔥

18m² Mercury grey porcelain installed.

We started by removing the old slabs and digging down to lay the type 1sub base, the area was compacted down using a whacker plate, we then laid & installed the patio and step. Gap between patio and house filled using a grey decorative stone and a resin based brush in was used to finish off the patio.

Also layed some matching porcelain to finish off the existing sleeper steps.

Lawn area was rotovated over, all large rubble and weeds removed, area rolled down, 8 ton of freshly screened 10mm topsoil was brought in to bring the bottom level up as much as possible to lessen the fall, once happy with the levels 100m² of freshly cut premium turf was laid.
