This week I travelled to south east London to a customer who is the daughter of a previous customer of mine. I knew before going that there was some moving of furniture to be done plus repairs, lifting machines up and down stairs etc, so I roped in the main man Tony Randle to give me a hand on this one, appreciate it 👌🏼
So generally the floors weren't in that bad condition, the main work was mainly repairing broken joists underneath that had been damaged, and generally making the floor safer. Also a few boards to replace too. Then the sanding, so sand off the old lacquer, fill all the gaps, as they had a young child and some of the gaps were quite wide, then seal up with a matt finish. We did all this in 2 days (plus a couple of hours on sunday evening) and then carefully put furniture back this morning ready for the family to move back in. Got some quotes to do over the next couple of days then back local next week in st agnes for another returning customer. 🤎

So yesterday I started 2 bedrooms in Illogan. Today they were finished. Full sand, few minor repairs and then sealed.
