This building many years ago was the Henry Jenkins Inn but it clearly has been left to deteriorate. Henry Jenkins is claimed to have lived for 169 years, he is buried in the church yard across the road. The transformation is now complete, but it's not a pub.

Good afternoon, we're finally getting to move slowly out of lockdown however Ken is working away as normally as he can and is looking forward to having a pint now the pubs are open.

One important job which he has been working on is a small extension for a disabled lady in Fife in Scotland. All the design work has been done in Yorkshire without visiting because of lockdown.

This extension will totally transform the house with wider front door, level access getting rid of 3 steps and adding a downstairs toilet and cloakroom.

Planning permission was granted at the end of last year and we now have the building warrant, which has to be approved before work starts in Scotland. Ken is currently working closely with builder to ensure every box is ticked as he is intending to start next month.
