Aslo assembled another garden furniture set, weather wasn’t great but got the job done regardless.

Customer appreciated it and that I cracked on with despite the weather.

peel stop applied ( where shelves was to prevent any peeling and cracking later down the line )
Filled
X2 coats ( white dulux on both walls )

Wouldn’t no there was ever a tv or shelves there 👌🏻

Kitchen transformation:

Brand new kitchen
Everything protected
Mist coat applied left to dry till the following day
All walls white washed in ( dulux white )
One feature wall done in ( Egyptian cotton )
Every where cleaned and left spotless on completion.

As promised completion pics of the 4 bed student accommodation we have just completed over in Manchester.

From bare plaster miscoated throughout
Walls drenched in grey with wood work to match as-well as spindles and bannister.
Flat pack furniture assembled x 4 items per room
Some patches fixed in kitchen where leaks happened on water test. Plasterboarded and skim coated/painted.
Mirrors put up.
Exterior painted green to match door and red brick paint on steps and wall redone / touched up.

Biggest one we’ve done yet with another one to do in bury 😃.

Been busy over the past few weeks decorating this 4 bedroom student accommodation over in Manchester.

Drenched all rooms in a light grey and colour matched with woodwork.

Also build some flat pack furniture saving them the hassle on having to find someone else to do them.

Window sills ( varnished)

Only went to this property to do 1 bedroom at Xmas I’ve now done 3 rooms, HSL, kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet. As always thank you for trusting me to the work. 👌🏻😃

First warm day in while so did a little garden glow up:

Fence Panels x 3 ( charcoal grey )
Gate ( charcoal grey )
Woodwork ( white )
Stone post ( white )
Upvc fixed on other side

This job transformation from start to finish:

Ceiling got dropped, insulated and re boarded
Ceiling Plastering was done by kitzito ( top chap )
Left to dry miscoated then two top coats
Walls took a lot of prepping ( probably would of been been skimming then also 🤦‍♂️ )
Lemon zest on 3 walls
Elderflower on other walls
Glossed all wood work
