Back in the gym for the first time in weeks 🏃♀️
Life has a way of getting busy — work, family, everything else — and before you know it, your usual wellness routine slips ⏳ Not from lack of movement (I’ve been gardening loads 🌱), but from losing structure.
It’s interesting how even when you’re still physically active, being out of routine can really affect your headspace 🧠
