Here are some stills of the bedsides I refinished recently. I used Metallics in Champagne, giving the legs a subtle shimmer (really hard to catch on a photo 😬) the drawer, shelf and top where whitewashed with Casement.

Definitely have a sore arm from yesterday after hand sanding these drawer fronts.

It was worth it though, imprint is well and truly gone.

Does anyone actually enjoy hand sanding? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good morning,

I still have some work to do on these bedsides but they have come a long way from these photos.

The final finish is so hard to capture on photo so I may have to call in the professionals (aka my daughter 😂) so that I do them justice.

I promise this is the last post but I absolutely love this commission and I thought some still photos would be good to show it off.

I used Fusion Mineral Paint Pressed Fern and Chestler. My client Indiana - Jewellery Textiles, Accessories & Clothing added her beautiful fabric sourced from India for the seat pads, all bought together for her daughter’s London home.

This was a beautiful set to begin with but the paint has completely transformed it to suit this modern interior 😍

I also got to use my Zibra Paint round brush for the first time which was perfect for the chair legs and table
