Trainee Kitchen, Bathroom & Home Refurbishment Installer
Location : Ruislip�Job Type: Full-time�Salary: depending on age and experience + training and progression opportunities
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Trainee to join our growing kitchen, bathroom and home refurbishment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, practical and keen to learn a skilled trade. No extensive experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn a range of refurbishment skills, including:
* Kitchen and bathroom installation
* Basic plumbing and preparation work
* Tiling and flooring
* Plastering and decorating
* Carpentry and general building work
* Removal and preparation of existing fixtures
* General home improvement and refurbishment
* Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Practical and willing to learn
* Comfortable working with hand and power tools
* Keen to develop a career in the building/refurbishment industry
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes
* Physically fit and able to carry out practical work
Previous construction or DIY experience is an advantage but not essential. The most important qualities are a good attitude, willingness to learn and pride in your work.
