Lighting upgrade in the second barn of this farm project we have been working on. We removed all of the old wiring and lights that had been in place for nearly 100 years! We installed all new wiring and containment for the lights so the customer knew the electrical installation would work as they require it to and is safe for use!

Lighting upgrade last week! One of our customers got us in to change a simple white plastic pendant in the upstairs landing to an 18th century Czechoslovakian chandelier they recently purchased. With some planning from our first site visit we ensured the safe install of the chandelier last week and the results are worth it! Great feature to the upstairs landing!

Consumer unit replacement day! Replacement of an old three phase consumer unit at a local farm ready for new tenants in the barn. With the new consumer unit in place we are able to cater to whatever electrical needs the tenant has. Lighting upgrade for the barn to be completed soon.

Upgrade of kitchen lighting completed for one of our customers recently. Originally the kitchen had one direction spot lights fitting and one standard pendent. This setup was not up to keeping the kitchen bright when completing day to day tasks. We removed these 2 lights and installed 7 x LED downlights in the flat ceiling, we then installed another 4 directional lights up high on the wall for extra lighting in the vaulted ceiling area. We also upgraded the under cupboard lights to new LED versions. Now the kitchen is much brighter meaning our customer is no longer working in the dark! Very happy customer! Small extension first fix electrics completed for one of our customers. They weren’t quite sure what they would want in the extension so after a meeting with them, we made a design with a few options to see what suited their needs the most. Now with first fix wiring complete we hope to be back in about a month when the extension is ready, to install all faceplates and energise the new install.

Replacement of lights at BearWalden CrossFit today. With 6 out of the 9 existing lights not working anymore, our client decided to have a change and go for 3 continuous lines of light on each beam. This was done by a special type of light fitting that can join together giving a near seamless line of light. The client is extremely happy with the result!

Another bathroom job completed. This bathroom we installed low level LED lighting controlled by a sensor. This allows our client to use the bathroom at night without having to turn on the bright downlights you want when using the bathroom for every day uses. We also installed electric underfloor heating, an extendable mirror light, downlights and extractor fan. Finish looks great and our customer is very happy with the end product!

Small extension completed this week. Inside was completed with double socket outlets, low power consumption heater and wall lights with smart lamps to allow operation from the clients phone and Amazon Alexa. Outside we installed outside lights, again with the smart lamps, outside sockets and moved the existing zappi EV charger from the wall to a new EV post.

First phase completed of this farm project we are working on. This barn had 3 new LED high bay lights installed to illuminate the barn ready for the new tenants! We also installed an LED flood light with motion sensing PIR detector for visibility at night outside plus the added security.
