Little infill job ! New shower tray fitted and sink, made good tiling, existing tiles couldn’t be matched so client went for one which nearly matched the colour of the walls once shower cubicle is fitted should be a gooden 🤞🏼

Removing this bad boy 😜 and then reducing the height ready for a new sized window to emulate the back one 👍cutting pockets in brickwork 🧱 installed lintels and blocked above and below to required height and blocked up inside 👏🏻

Staircase repairs, plaster lathe ceilings cracking and falling down, made safe reboarded and skimmed, second flight of stairs had dropped exposed the underneath and there was nothing holding the stringer, bolted and glued in a timber support , reboarded and skimmed 🫡

Fitting foam backed plasterboard to help with thermal and soundproof qualities notching out the back where required for the services, finishing off with a bit more latex 😝 in new annex area and shower rooms
