A proper heritage window, made the right way.

This beautiful hardwood casement window was manufactured and installed by Sash Restoration Hertfordshire as part of a listed building project, complete with hand made leaded glass. Everything was manufactured in the UK, to match the original window and character of the property.

Emergency sash cord replacement carried out in a Grade II listed studio in Soho, London.

The bottom sash had dropped after the original cord snapped — a common issue in period properties across Central London.

We replaced the broken sash cord, rebalanced the weights and kept all original timber and detailing intact. No unnecessary replacements, just careful repair in line with listed building requirements.
