UPDATE: OUR PHONE LINES ARE WORKING.

We do not have our usual answering machine service at the moment, we are now working on fixing that issue.

UPDATE: STILL NO LANDLINES
They have been working on the fault over the weekend and this morning we have seen some improvement in that we now have an internet connection. We have been assured that the phone line issue should be resolved at some point today.

Warmer temperatures are heading our way.

All pipes that have been frozen will now thaw. When water freezes it expands, so there is a chance that frozen pipes will be damaged. When the ice turns to water it will leak through the damaged pipes. That’s not so much of an issue if they’re outside, inside can be a different story as some of our customers have discovered this week 😢

Be aware, check as much of your pipe work as you can for damage. Listen for any running or dripping water. Turn off water at stop valve if you have a leak.
