Job completed over in moss side. Working in partnership with a new company who needed a joiner to undertake the following work

⭐️ Install new floor joists and floor boards ready for dorma conversion
⭐️ Take off back of roof to allow for dorma
⭐️ Install new steel ridge beam and new steel perlin to carry the front roof
⭐️ Build dorma and install 18mm ply board to outside
⭐️ Instal new roof spars for dorma and boards using 18mm osb to allow the glue for the rubber roof able to adhere correctly
⭐️ Install new staircase
⭐️ Build all partition walls to allow for hallway and en-suite

We will be going back to this one to install all second fix joinery and to install some fitted wardrobes after the other trades have been in and completed their work 💪

Job completed in Salford. The customer called to say the pocket door had come off it’s hinges etc and didn’t have the money to fix the pocket door system so asked for a cheaper way to do it and we came up with the following solution.

⭐️ Take off one side of the plasterboard so we can secure the pocket door
⭐️ strengthen the wall system
⭐️ build stud work to allow for plasterboard
⭐️ plaster board and skim
⭐️ install barn door system

Job completed over in Prestwich.. Customer fancied a change of scenery in the kitchen and decided to change the worktops over to match a new island they have purchased. This needed 2 joints as the lengths weren’t long enough to cover the full run. We also fitted the new sink 👌

Job completed in Salford… Take out old knackered upvc door and window and replace with new.
What a difference it has made fitting a new pvc door that actually locks and the customer doesn’t have to use a padlock any more 🙈

Job completed over in Audenshaw for a customer that had some really good ideas as to what he wanted and the outcome is amazing. This job was an amazing job we enjoyed every minute of it. This job consisted of the following

⭐️ Take out old kitchen and dispose
⭐️ Support main back wall of the house and the main back wall of the extension
⭐️ Take down main back wall and extension wall install steel beams to structural calculations. Install concrete lintel above arch way and install new door casing and door
⭐️ Install aluminium bifold doors
⭐️ first and second fix electrics with spot lights and sonos in ceiling speakers
⭐️ Install self level compound to allow for underfloor heating and lvt flooring
⭐️ Install kitchen with integrated appliances
⭐️ Install underfloor heating
⭐️ Install lvt glue down herringbone flooring
⭐️Install skirting boards and architrave

What a kitchen this has turned out absolutely amazing.

Kitchen completed over in Wilmslow this was nice easy little kitchen we did for the customer. This job consisted of the following

⭐️ Take out old kitchen and dispose
⭐️ Take out gas feed as the customer was having induction hob fitted
⭐️ Move all plumbing works as sink moved to under the window
⭐️ Rewire full kitchen and add spot lights
⭐️ Plaster board and skim ceiling
⭐️ Skim full room
⭐️ Install new Howdens kitchen

Turned out really nice this one.

Garage conversion completed over in Wigan the customer wanted to make the garage into a office/man cave this job consisted of the following

⭐️ Cut out wall and support existing brickwork
⭐️ Install patio doors (customer supplied these)
⭐️ Build suspended floor insulate and install floor boards
⭐️ build internal walls and insulate
⭐️ First and second fix electrics
⭐️ Plaster board and skim full room
⭐️ Install skirting boards loft hatch and meter cupboard door

Customer can now use the garage for work instead of there bedroom.
