Here’s a reminder to have your gas appliances inspected and serviced annually and how serious it can get if left running faulty

This boiler was found to be producing such high carbon monoxide readings that it faulted my combustion analyser within seconds

The customer had been suffering with headaches and tiredness, so the appliance was isolated and the house was immediately ventilated

After carrying out some tests the gas valve was found to be faulty giving the wrong mix of gas and air for safe combustion

We replaced the gas valve and re-analysed the combustion which was now burning correctly and the customer was back up and running safely

Here’s a warm air heating/ gravity hot water system we removed and upgraded for a local rental property in Sandy over the last few days which was in desperate need of an overhaul due to failed and discontinued parts leaving the tenants with no heating and problematic hot water

We removed the dated system and fitted a nice efficient full gas central heating high efficiency ideal combi boiler with vertical flue, magnetic filter, scale protection and wireless controls along with all new heating pipe work throughout the whole property and new radiators throughout with thermostatic valves and a nice heated towel rail for the bathroom providing the landlord with a hassle free peace of mind system with a 5 year warranty and the tenant with a nice up to date reliable heating and hot water system, we also converted the hot and cold low pressure setup with problematic pumped shower to mains pressure and removed the noisy and unreliable shower pump 🔥

Here’s a nice fire replacement carried out today after the old one had been isolated due to safety issues
