Finally got some finished pictures of this floor. I really enjoyed this job, though my knees made a few complaints. Flooring is engineered oak and was glued down, sub floor was floorboards, so this was over boarded with ply to make a level and grease free base to glue on top of.

Started this herringbone flooring at the weekend. Sarted by plywooding over the old floorboards to ensure we had a good flat grease free base to glue the engineered oak to. Going to look amazing when it's finished.

This one kept me busy! Hallway carpet pulled up and old rotten joists at the door replaced and boarded, then some new laminate and beading fitted. Finally plane down and make fit for 3 internal doors. All done and dusted in a day!
