We require a fence erector to join our equestrian based fencing team, near Sleaford.
This is a very varied role, including loading/unloading trailers, travelling to site, erecting fencing & gates using our post driver, equestrian construction to include arenas and concrete bases. Daily use and maintenance of power tools, plant machinery and hand tools.
We are a small team so you must be competent, reliable and able to work efficiently. You must be able to collaborate with the team and a have good eye for detail to deliver and maintain high standards. The work is physically demanding, working in all weathers, so enthusiasm and self-motivation are required.
Training will be provided but you must provide evidence of good practical skills and experience in a similar role.
Must have a full clean driving licence with towing experience, LGV is preferred. Digger/tractor/plant experience is an advantage. We have a non-smoking policy.
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm (flexibility required during busy periods). Salary dependant on experience.
