I just wanted to say thank you again for your fantastic services, as always we didn’t give you much lead time for the requested works and still you made the magic happen!

In addition, on this occasion the security team on site also advised that the engineer was a lovely bloke to work with and did a great job.

SO basically, thank you again for a great service.

Our engineer gained entry and replaced all locks on a property as the previous tenant had failed to provide keys to the landlord. All keyed alike and ready for the new tenants to move in. All complete within 2 hours of the initial enquiry, one very happy client! 🏆

Not 'a room with a view' on this job, but 'a view of a room!'
One clients front entrance door had broke the pivot arm and the door had dropped, causing not only a high security risk, but a danger to customers and staff. Our engineers managed to fault find and have everything back in good working order within an hour.
