Here in Selsey there are a fair few holiday homes that would benefit from the installation of an Automatic Garden Watering System.An unkempt and dying garden is a good indicator to criminals that the home is empty. Worth the expense in the long run! My watering systems are guaranteed for 5 years against normal wear and tear.

Wet now but sure to be very dry again next summer. The future is drought resistant gardening. Buy a waterbut now, the larger the better, ideally 2. I can connect a soak hose so that you can slowly water. Think about redesigning your garden to avoid dying plants etc. The Traditional Gardener has 40+ years experience.

As you can see from my post last August I was right about the need for a garden watering system. This year was difficult for all gardeners. Portsmouth Water did not instigate a hosepipe ban. Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper in the long run to have one designed and installed this autumn,winter,& spring ?

I have been encouraging people for years to have an automatic watering system installed. It is an inexpensive benefit for you and your garden - with a sensor you don't even need to turn on the tap yourself! Second home? Burglars will think it is occupied if your garden is lush and green.

We have just finished a job of pruning, and cutting down 2 very large bushes and digging up the roots and removing the branches etc.
Also this week, pruning of 2 half-standard Apple trees.

Have you tried Topiary? make your garden more interesting by having bushes shaped over time into wonderful objects. The face in the bush was a Privet bush that I worked on. It is fun and a step back in time if you like!
