Lovely rear extension at a property in Ilkeston that we did last year. We were brought in to do the shell, roof, structural steelwork, drainage, internal floors to a finished concrete and render. Client had other contractors for plumbing, electrical etc. I’m happy to undertake the full managed build, or, as in this case, just the shell and structural elements! Got a project in mind? Progressing well over at Ripley, second fix pretty much done, we’ve got doors to swing, bath suite to fit, electricians have been in this last week getting their second fix done, waiting on national grid to get the temporary supply moved over now to get powered up! Good week at this little commercial project in Derby city. For a little job this one’s been a bit of an awkward one to prop safely. Original timber beams had rotted out and need to be replaced, a bit of back and fourth and the decision was made to strip it all down and rebuild in brick off new footings, so that’s what we’re doing! Been a warm week but a very productive one here! Domestic, commercial, industrial, we’ve got you covered by offering a turnkey solution to your projects. New little project set up in derby city centre yesterday, first order of business was reinstating an inspection chamber lid that someone at somepoint in time thought was ok to cover, this was found on our pre start drain survey using our camera, handy bit of kit!

Another productive week at Ripley, all boarded and skimmed out ready for second fix this coming week! Finally able to get a skip on site and back how I like a job to look, clean and tidy!

Pretty much all plastered up and electrical second fix complete over at our etwall project, clients decided just before boarding started they wanted to open the chimney breast up to create more of a feature later on and create space for the extractor to live out the way, that’s currently being boarded and will be skimmed in this week!
