Demolition is underway and construction is about to begin on an exciting new replacement dwelling in Otford, near Sevenoaks.

Complete with integrated solar panels, an attached garage, a striking glazed link, and beautifully considered hard‑landscaping.

We’re also delivering a new access point and extended driveway to elevate both function and flow.

As a local practice with deep roots and decades of expertise, Level Architecture is thrilled to bring this project to life.

We’ve been refining this scheme to keep the conservation officer fully satisfied. This application seeks full planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the er****on of a high quality mixed use scheme comprising of 4 retail units at ground floor level and 16 residential flats above, together with all associated development.

The proposal has been designed to make efficient use of the site, enhance the vitality of the local centre, and deliver a sustainable mix of commercial and residential uses.

The layout and height have been carefully considered to integrate with the surrounding, while improving the overall streetscape and attractive frontages at ground floor level. The residential units have been arranged to provide good levels of amenity, natural light, and privacy for future occupants.

The development represents a significant opportunity to regenerate the site, support local economic activity and contribute to local housing needs.
