What can i say! The Porta Romana Zelda lamp and the Andrew Martin Lloyd Side Table. a perfect paring in the midcentury designed home we have been working on. The only lamp to pull in the colours and attitude this room submits. I love the quirkiness of this lamp and the no apologies! Here i am! Sitting proud on the Lloyd table. Opposites in charter and design but the sit comfortably together.

Final preparations before handover to our clients, and this stunning show apartment is now ready for viewings.
Our brief was to keep the walls neutral and understated, allowing potential buyers to envision their own style within the space. With carefully curated furniture, accessories and finishing touches, we've created a welcoming and aspirational home that enhances the apartment's best features without overwhelming them.
The approach clearly worked — before we had not even finished, and there were already two interested parties enquiring about this particular apartment.
Beautiful styling doesn't just dress a space; it helps buyers connect emotionally and imagine themselves living there.

This principal bedroom in our Canary Wharf show apartment is now finished. The dressing table and dusty blue accent chair were carefully selected to complement the throw and bespoke headboard, while the artwork ties the whole colour palette together beautifully.

Sit back and enjoy the view!
We’ve now finalised the guest bedroom in this penthouse project, creating a space that feels both elegant and inviting. When designing a show home, you can’t be too personal, after all, it needs to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. But that doesn’t mean it has to feel cold or lacking in character.

To complete the scheme, we added a throw and statement artwork, introducing a beautiful pop of colour and personality. These finishing touches bring warmth, texture, and interest to the room while still maintaining the broad appeal that a show home requires.
