I haven't posted much in a while but I've been very busy throughout the year making gardens and outdoor spaces as beautiful as I can, whilst trying to slow down a little as I move into my early 60s.

🎄 As I have now finished for Christmas and the New Year, I want to take this opportunity to wish all my customers both old, current and potentially new, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 🎄

As I did last year, I will be making a donation to a charity in lieu of Christmas cards and the calendars I used to do. This year I have decided to donate to Weston Park Cancer hospital, which is very close to my heart.

God Bless you all and many thanks for all the work you have put my way over the years and in many cases continue to do so.

I am posting photos of a couple of projects I have done this year, one a rear garden transformation and one a full replacement of old and damaged decking that had become dangerous to walk on. Take care and have a great Christmas and see you in the new year 🎄🎇

Hi all. Not posted for a while as I've been very busy during this very hot summer, doing my best to make customers' gardens look good. There will be a couple of posts coming up on larger projects I've done over the summer, but for now, I'm delighted to be one of the sponsors for the Sheffield Steel City Beer and Cider festival at Kelham Island. I've sponsored a couple of beers from my go to Chantry Brewery. It's on until tomorrow Saturday 18th, but don't leave it till the last minute if you want to go as there won't be much beer left

🍃 Another job recently completed. 🍃

I was asked by the customer to put some form of fence up to clearly define the border between two properties following the removal of a wall.

The customer didn't want anything expensive and had initially suggested just posts and wire across the posts, but agreed with my suggestion to make it more aesthetically pleasing to both customer and neighbours by using palings rather than just wire.

🌿 We haven't posted for a while but we've been busy transforming customer gardens. 🌿

We were tasked by this customer to address the area next to the fence.

▪️ Due to gaps in the fence, the neighbours' dog was constantly coming through onto the customer's garden so this also needed to be addressed.
▪️ Working within the budgetary stipulations, we were able to completely revamp the area, using sleepers and 20mm gravel as well as closing off the gaps in the fencing.
▪️ New fence panels were also erected to the rear.
▪️ Some of the plants were kept in place, such as the hydrangea and others like the peonies and Yukkas re-planted elsewhere

Take a look at our latest project to see how we've recently transformed a steep raised front garden and created a ramp for wheelchair access making it easier to get up and down. With the addition of a planting area for shrubbery and plants 🌿

🎄❄️Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year ❄️🎄

I will be taking a break over the festive period, and will be back on the 8th January. I am looking forward to getting those gardens in shape for the Spring. 🌱🌼

I know many of you look forward to receiving a calendar but due to rising costs I have decided to make a donation to Cavendish Cancer Care instead this year.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New year, I look forward to seeing you all in 2024 to make your gardens beautiful 🎇

🍃Another garden transformation complete 🍃

Delighted to transform this garden of this new build house for a lovely couple. Areas that were focussed on:
🍃Transforming an area mainly of grass and a few plants to an outdoor room that will provide many happy evenings of relaxation.
🍃 Planting scheme of mature shrubs and other perennials at the rear of the garden to take your eye away from the fence.
🍃New patio laid across the whole length of house from fence to fence. This was cleaned and then sealed to maintain a "wet look" affect.
🍃 Lights added to increase the ambience in the evenings.
🍃 The grass has also had its humps and hollows levelled.
🍃 The addition of a bin shed hides away the unsightly bins and the new shed provides ample space to store tools and other equipment.

The customers, especially the family dog, are very happy with the end product.
