Great progress on this single-storey rear flat roof extension and internal alterations, to create a large open-plan kitchen / dining space.

Following approval of a Lawful Development Certificate, the shell is now up and taking shape nicely, with the knock-through to come to fully open up the new space.

Looking forward to seeing this one completed!
