We just replaced this leaking hot water cylinder. The client was also struggling with all radiators getting hot, this was because builders had installed a system boiler in the garage. We installed a centrally pumped heat exchanger, now it all gets toasty warm, ready for winter!

This afternoon's emergency call-out, a leak 30+ years in.the making. A brass olive done up so tight that it strangled the pipe, years of electrolytic corrosion and water pressure did the rest. Unfortunately as the elderly customer was hard of hearing, she hadn't heard it and only noticed it when she found water staining on the cabinet drawer - hence our loan of a dehumidifier!
