Landlords inspection this morning.

Today's callout.
Leaking 2 port valve.
We carry these parts as van stock so all changed and back up and running

Powerflushing today.
Customer was told radiators were cold because they were old and needed replacing.
All that was required was a powerflush now all rads heating from top to bottom.
