17yr old Glowworm Ultrapower replaced with Viessmann 111 32kW storage combi delivering hot water at 18 litres per minute.
10yr parts and labour warranty.

This property had two combi boilers. One was 18yrs old and needed replacing. The gas meter was not adequate for both boilers.
The old combi was removed and one boiler re-piped to heat both floors and an unvented hot water cylinder. Each zone controlled by EPH WiFi thermostats and hot water priority.

This weeks job. Old Worcester boiler removed. I installed a Viessmann 100-W system boiler and Joule Cyclone 120 litre unvented hot water cylinder.
Central heating is controlled via Opentherm room thermostat for greater efficiency.

Regular boiler, hot water cylinder, tanks in loft and connecting pipework removed.
Viessmann 050 (Hydrogen ready) combination boiler fitted serving all central heating and hot water demands a lot more efficiently.
Viessmann boiler controlled via Opentherm. Properly utilised, using OpenTherm will see 10% savings and in many cases up to 15% savings on energy use.

Imi low loss header with hydronic separation.
Automatic variable speed central heating pump to get around 26 radiators.
250 litre unvented hot water cylinder with hot water circulation pump to get hot water to the far end of the property for instant hot water.
Tado smart thermostats on radiators which can be programmed to heat rooms independently.
