Today’s Installation 🔧

An old, non-functional Baxi boiler removed and upgraded to a new Main EcoCombi condensing boiler.

Installation included:

* Magnetic filter
* ePH controls
* Full system flush
* Inhibitor treatment
* New flue system
* Shock arrestor
* 5-year manufacturer warranty

The original setup showed a failed flue clamp (visible in the old photo), which could have led to poor combustion and flame instability if the boiler had still been operational. This highlights the importance of regular servicing and safe installation standards.

Now the system is running safely and efficiently with improved reliability and performance.

Another boiler upgraded and heating system protected ✅

The old Vaillant combi boiler was classified as At Risk due to worn internal black foam insulation, along with multiple faulty components affecting hot water performance. After discussing the most cost-effective and reliable option, a full boiler replacement was carried out.

An awkward boiler replacement completed 🔧

Installed a new Baxi 819 Heat Only with Hive dual controls, ADEY filter, and Entity inhibitor for added system protection. Also fitted a flue guard due to the terminal being under 2 metres.

This one replaced an old Baxi Solo and had to go back in the exact same location due to the property being an old unique building with very limited options for relocation.

Also upgraded the gas supply with new 22mm pipework as the existing run was rotten and undersized.

Tidy result and a much safer, more efficient setup 👌
