Another day of some small but important jobs 🧐

Installing a new pendant in replace of the single four lights.

A new Roman blind.

And also two new shelves.

This is a slower week than usual as I have a lot of larger jobs booked all the way in to July at the moment.

I'm still carrying out quotes this week as I have all week and will do continuing 💪🏼

Once again, thank you for the continued support, shares, likes etc. without word of mouth this doesn't work so thank you very much ❤️

A peeling bathroom ceiling over in Locks heath today !

Scraping back all loose materials to get to a point to re seal the rest with Zinsser peel stop.

Once dry, a fine filler was applied to the areas and sanded back.

Two coats then applied to the ceiling of Bathroom 5 in 1 paint to finish 😎

Nice easy morning today in Whiteley installing this lovely new ceiling light and fan ready for some warmer weather!!

Also installed this fingerprint sensor cover and installed the Mickey welcome sign... Must be a big Disney fan 🐭

Booked in today in West end to replace three new lights units, Four fence panel replacements and disposal... and also installing a new Ring camera for the back garden 🧐

Back to this one next week for some external painting 🖌️ 😎

A redecoration carried out in Titchfield over the past week on this rental !

Thank you to my chaps getting it over the line due to me busting my knee again 🤦🏼‍♂️

Lots of remedials on this one, including filing and lining the kitchen walls after removing wallpaper !!

This one has been finished in Dulux heritage Timeless.
All ceilings have been finished in a vinyl white matt to get rid of the silk ceilings 🤢

All woodwork has been undercoated and top coated in Satinwood.

Everyone waiting for dates for bookings, please be patient and I'll have the diary planned out asap.

About in West end today carrying out a repair on this section of decking that had collapsed underneath.

Removal of the existing boards and rotten frame allowed a new section of 150mm joist timber to be attached to the wall with 150mm anchor fixings , this has then had another joist down the centre installed in the centre for strength 💪🏼

New decking boards cut to size and all put back together.

Leaving this one super strong once again for the use of the side door 😎

A job for the parents for the last few days investigating the damp in their conservatory 🧐

Found some issues with an external wall which will be an on going repair but managed to take up the old flooring that was very damp, installed some new sub flooring and also installed a temporary new section of flooring over the top just for aesthetics ✌🏼

The hole in the wall was then repaired along with a new plug socket on the wall and sealed and painted 😮‍💨

Something a bit different today over in West end !!

Installation of a new kitchen door to as close a possible match due to age and sun discoloration and also installing it in a gap without a carcass.

This also had new hardware supplied and installed.

Also installed a removal plinth Incase the water softener needs removing from the area 😎
